Weekly Rental costs for the property
Basic rate is 1500 Euros per week apart from following periods
April to June 2,250 Euros
July to August 2,800 Euros
September 2,300 Euros
The property is available all the year round for rental. Rentals are for complete weeks, Saturday to Saturday. All periods are from first Saturday to first Saturday of next period.
We will send you a booking form to countersign with the basic terms applicable. If I could figure out how to link the template to this page I would ….But until I have managed that, key points are:
Check in times 1600 on day of arrival
Check out times 1000 on day of departure
We require a ten percent deposit to secure the booking. The balance plus ten percent security deposit is payable 7 days before the rental starts. Rental includes electricity, gas heating water towels linen and final clean.
